Villa Koka Rovinj - Borik - Studio-apartment S3 is located on the ground floor, it is spacious, approx 50m2, ideal for 2-4 people. The apartment offers a smaller bedroom, one bathroom, hallway from which you enter to the open kitchen/bedroom/living room. In front of the apartment there is a covered terrace with sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. Villa Koka is located in a quiet village Borik, 2 km from the center of Rovinj. The town of Rovinj offers Mediterranean architecture, it lives for their guests and offers everything you need to feel comfortable. The Villa is very close to the rocky and pebble beaches. There are also several restaurants, pizzerias, cafes and camping sites with various sports and water atractions. We offer the possibility to rent bicycles. In our garden there is a barbecue and a large terrace, which is available to all our guests free of charge.
